
摘要:本文提出将“关系”教学法理论应用于社会工作教育,以回应社会工作教育者对社会工作理论教育变得附加教师的个人主义的担忧。文章指出运用社会工作教育的关系范式提出所需的主要原则和关键概念来建构概念框架。在教育未来社会工作者过程中,能够强调共情、赋权、互惠、批判性思维、同伴促进、价值评估以及案主的参与。
