《当代教育与艺术》是一本专注于艺术与教育领域深度交融与最新研究成果的国际开源中文期刊。它旨在展现艺术与教育交叉领域的最新进展，尤其关注教育管理与教育学科中艺术美学的独特视角，以及高新技术在艺术教育与创作中的创新应用模式。本期刊致力于搭建一个平台，促进艺术家、教育工作者及学者之间的交流与合作，共同推动艺术与教育的融合发展，提升教育者与创作者的专业素养和创新能力。
期刊涵盖的广泛议题包括：艺术教育的创新实践、校园艺术文化的构建与管理、艺术作品的鉴赏与批评、艺术教育课程设计与实施、艺术家与教育工作者的作品展示、文学与艺术素养的培养、跨文化艺术探索、职业教育中的艺术技能培训等。

摘要：保教质量是助推学前教育质量向上进阶的关键着力点。通过框架确立与贝雷迪比较四步法、指南概述、共性特色及原因、启示发现，两国评估指南在儿童中心、关系型质量和评估功能方面表现出共性；芬兰在完善学前教育质量监测与评估体系和倡导多元化角色参与评估等表现出特色；中国在国家层面引导性和价值观上表现出特色，并阐释两国评估指南出现共性和特色的原因。在评估导向、评估内容、评估实施和教师角色4方面为我国提升幼儿园保育教育质量提供一定启示。
